meant to be a picture of untrustworthy shifty eyes, I'm guessing.
It's a sighted joke, sorry for the confusion.

This is my first post on this forum, and since the Section 31 is the first story i've heard from Darker Projects i had to give my feelings about it.
It is excellent!!!! In France, there are a lot of audio theater, mostly humourou s, but none of them have the quality of the Section 31! We poor french apear to be small amatures compare to this!
The quality of the voices, the background sounds, the musics, the scenario is great!!!
I don't know the universe of Star Treck, but this serie is great!!!

Congratulation for everyone who is working on it!!!

I find this very suprising given the elustrious French theatre and cinema traditions. Us Europeans are going to have to get our fingers out. We're getting creatively nailed to the wall by the Americans, Canadians and the Australians. :)

I don't think we have in France professional audio theater (i guess here it is so, since evry serie has a lot of actors in it). Every french MP saga (as we call them) are made by one or two people, who do every voices, music etc...)

Have Americans also have a lot of audio stuff?? Could someone give me a link please???

You could do a Google Search for keywords like "audio drama", or start with a few links such as

Radio/Audio Drama webring
Podiobooks
iTunes podcasts

Speaking of Dolonna...why did her voice change?

She hit puberty. Her voice broke. It happens.

It should be coming right by the next episode.

*Smiles* My apologies for necroposting, here, I just wanted to express my appreciation of the S31 series, now that I've been able to get around to catching up.

I started listening at Episode 8 of Season 2 ("Shattered Dominion"). I had been meaning to catch up for a looooong time, but I'd only ever gotten as far as episode 1 part 2. XD So, now I'm all caught up, having finally reached "Shattered Dominion" again, and I have to say, I absolutely loved it (and I actually understand stuff now).

If the original poster of this thread doesn't mind, I'm gonna nick her way of saying what the things she loved were. :)

1. Mr. Otter. Too cute. XD

2. Korg might well be tough and a highly skilled warrior, but he's also very sweet and so utterly gentle. I've grown fond of him. Uber-respect to Korg.

3. Alexander Cain! OMG! A Scottish man! Another Scot! Whatever happened to Nick Cook? He was brilliant. :D

4. Mak's development. Granted, there were SOME aspects of his change into the Emperor that seemed terribly sudden (e.g., in the episode wherein he begins his change, he suddenly goes from being the Commander to making references to taking over the universe and being terribly secretive.) However, what I thought was good was that it wasn't all suddenly, "OMG! Power power power! I am the Emperor!" So, kudos on his character development.

5. Judah. I really like his sense of humor.

6. References to British sci-fi. I noticed the very blatant Doctor Who references. The H for Hologram -- that was a reference to Rimmer and Red Dwarf, right?

7. "These are desperate times; We are the desperate measure". I've now found myself mouthing along to that part of the opening sequence. XD

8. The music. Magical, I tell ya!

9. The ethical wrangling.

10. Elie's range. XD Blimey.

Absolutely loved it. :D A huge thank you and congratulations to all involved.

~Fif
