Hello all, I guess I've been causing alot of trouble on the yahoo group forum so I guess I'll clarified my explanation a little bit more.

I have no idea that the title “Section 31 Files” ever existed. I just came up with it one day because it is related to the fanfic story that I wrote that I am turning it into a graphic novel. The story has two quick flashback scenes at the beginning and the rest will flow in the same time period sets 60 something years after the event of Nemesis. Yes, the story is mainly about Section 31 and it’s operatives but the cast of characters is rather small and that happened because of the storyline. Mine also have a time ship but the look and name is not of the Nosferatu. It only has a cameo in one of the flashback scenes. The story is basically about the destruction of Starfleet and an enemy from TNG past is back in a new way/form that caused it all with the help of Section 31. There is only one other person that read the story from the www.startrekreborn.net and he has been a great contributor to the development. The story is not going to be anyone’s cup of tea but it is a fanfic so let’s move on. The characters will all have a really intricate backstory of who they are and how they ended up in Section 31 and that all will be in the graphic novel. There will be many familiar faces from TNG & DS9 that will pop up along the way because they fit the story.

In my universe Section 31 is an acknowledged organization of Starfleet about 30 years after Nemesis. Much like the Tashiar is to Romulus, and the Obsidian Order is to Cardassia.

So please don’t tear me a new one just because the title matches exactly to the works on this forum. There is already a new title that I have just googled and it is all mine that is if no one else uses it in about a year or so when the graphic novel is done.

Thank you for reading.

That's very even handed of you Mr B. I know a certain one or two people who would have (and did) go ballistic at the mere suggestion of title replication. Ancient history, still good to see that success hasn't jaded ya.
